4.Working principle
· Feeding: Wet materials are fed into the double-layer cylinder through the air-closed device to prevent hot air from directly contacting the materials.
· Hot air circulation: The hot air furnace heats the interlayer air and spreads the materials evenly through the lifting plate to improve drying efficiency.
· Dust removal and emission: After drying, the materials and exhaust gas are removed by cyclone/bag dust removal, the dust rate is <1%, and the environmental protection standards are met.
